Promise
When you purchase something from astraljazz.com you can always expect fast and excellent customer service directly from me. I am not a scam artist - I believe they are some of the lowest life forms among the human race and there is a lot more to life than being dishonest with people just to make money. I am merely a person trying to make a few extra pennies through the thing I love most - art.

Every item bought from this site will have the greatest care taken over it when sending it to you and will be guaranteed to be in the exact condition as seen in the photographs. I don't believe in misleading photos! I will also be glad to take more detailed photographs and even videos of the items if you are unsure whether to buy or not.

If you are just buying art commissions or web design services, then the prices will be discussed following the retrieval of more detailed information on what you actually want.

Purchasing
If you'd like to buy an item in my shop all you have to do is follow the Purchase This link next to your chosen item. Please take the time to specify exactly which item you would like to buy. As the shipping will vary depending on the weight/size of the item and where you live, you must specify which country the item will need to be sent to. You must specify a working email address, as you will then receive an email from myself withing 24 hours with a list of available shipping options with prices and estimated arrival times. Alternatively, you can just choose between some default options. I will then send a PayPal invoice to you once I receive your reply (unless you chose a default option or specify to pay by another means). You should receive this in no longer than another 24 hours. Once you have paid for the item through PayPal, I will get your item shipped out to you within 3 working days.

If you do not wish to pay through PayPal (though I would highly recommend it for security purposes. Also remember you do not need to have your own PayPal account just to send money through to mine), I do accept cash payments and cheques. However these methods will considerably slow down the arrival time of your item as I would need to wait for the cash to arrive, or for the cheque to clear before I send the item. Also, of course, there is no guarantee that your cash or cheque would be safe in the mail and get to me, so I do advise against it.

Shipping
Every item will be sent to you through Royal Mail. I apologise if my buying method seems drawn out and inconvenient, as I have not yet had the time to go through all my items for sale and find out how much the shipping will cost for different parts of the world. I should be doing this soon though. But for now, you shouldn't worry about it taking too long as I will most likely reply to each email within 24 hours.
Refunds
If you are not pleased with your item I will refund it for either the amount paid (excluding shipping fees) or in exchange for another item. I will only give refunds within 20 days of you receiving your item. I'm afraid that will not be able to pay for the shipping costs.
